Paper copies of our Registration Forms are available in nursery, or you can download the pack here to print and complete at home. Please return these to the nursery to be added to our waiting list

These documents are to be completed in full and returned to the nursery setting before your child starts their settling sessions
or if you wish to be added to our waiting list for future contact
You will also need to provide your child's birth certificate and 'red book' and photocopies will be made for our file
These documents provide you with information about the nursery and are to be retained by the parent/ carer
