Early Years Educator at Merry go Round criteria:

Hold a Level 2/ Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education

Have a minimum 1 year experience working with children aged 6 month to 5 years

Hold a valid paediatric first aid certificate (although training can be provided)

Hold a Safeguarding Children certificate (although training can be provided)

Have good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Have good knowledge of the Reggio Approach to Learning

Have understanding of Tapestry online learning journals

Have basic ICT knowledge
